You can request a return for most items within 14 days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent back to our UK warehouse.<\/p><h3><b>How to Cancel an Order:<\/b><\/h3><p>For cancelling order, we only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed or\/and shipped, the order will not be processed under any cancellation request but under our 14 Days Return Policy.<br \/>**Order cancellation must be submitted via submitting a cancellation ticket, requesting a cancellation with the use of any other forms of contact, i.e. Email will not be accepted.<\/p><h3><b>About our 14 Days Return Policy:<\/b><\/h3><p>In case you change your mind and would like to return the item back to us under our 14 Days Return Policy, you are strongly advised to use a traceable shipping service to have the parcel returned to avoid any loss or dispute.<\/p><p>If your item is defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer\u2019s fault, <strong>KM Goods<\/strong> will arrange a courier pick up service for you to return the item back to us.<\/p><p>*The customer is fully responsible for the return of any item during transit. <strong>KM Goods<\/strong> will not be liable for any return shipments that have been lost or damaged during transit.<\/p><p>Whether you return the item without any reasons, it should meet the below conditions:<br \/>\u2013 The item is bought from <strong>KM Goods<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item<br \/>\u2013 You have received our authorisation for your request.<br \/>\u2013 The item is returned with a copy of your receipt\/invoice.<br \/>\u2013 The item is returned with the original packaging, in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)<br \/>\u2013 The item is returned to <strong>KM Goods<\/strong> within 14 calendar days after your return request is authorized.<\/p><p>**Due to Health and Hygiene issues, personal and health care products (shavers, facial massagers etc.), headphones and earphones are excluded from our 14 days Return Policy.<\/p><h3><b>About Refund:<\/b><\/h3><p>Upon receiving your returned parcel, <strong>KM Goods<\/strong> will issue a refund within 14 business days.<br \/>A refund will be credited to the payment method used to place your order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification email.<\/p><h3><b>Further Notes on the Return Policy:<\/b><\/h3><p>\u2013 You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories and manufacturer\u2019s packaging when returning them, to ensure that they are in the original and undamaged condition.<\/p><p>\u2013 We reserve the right to refuse a return and also deem an item to have been mishandled.<\/p><p>\u2013 If a return is deemed unacceptable and refused, the customer must pay us the return shipping fees to have the product shipped back to them.<\/p><p>\u2013 Unfortunately as no insurance will be applied, we are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the merchandise during the return transit.
